Hello everyone.
I have 1 room to rent in my home. It’s a quiet area, not next to any large roads but still close enough to the city centre (about 5 minutes to the Royal Mile and 10 minutes to Princes street). Local shops are also close by and you can catch most public transportation from a nearby road (Nicholson Road).
The room is furnished with a bed, a closet and a dresser. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
We are a mix of professionals and students from all over Europe. Fairly nerdy so board-game nights and Game-of-Thrones debates are a regular thing. One important thing to mention, our lovely dog, Robin, also stays with us. She respects boundaries you set but can definitely be excitable so you have been warned.
The rent itself is £400, same as the deposit. All bills (electricity, gas, council tax and broadband) come up to £62.5 per person (Wi-Fi included in rent). Minimum stay is 2 months. Any questions feel free to ask.
We want to have viewings between 23-25 of September as that’s when I’m in town.
