A double room in a 2-room flat for students available by the end of November. Well-kept and south-facing. Flat is fully furnished and comes with a broadband connection. Windows are double glazed. Toilet and bath is shared. There is also a shared front room with a dining area, book shelves, and a very comfortable sofa. The neighbourhood is a quiet street in the Morningside area, just a few minutes away from M&S, Sainsbury's, Waitrose (there is a Tesco Metro in nearby Bruntsfield), and a number of other shops. The area has good transport links to George Square (30 to 40 minutes by foot if you fancy walking) and other parts of the city.
About me: I'm doing my PhD at Edinburgh University. I'm tidy, as I find cleaning relaxing (you don't have to do a lot of cleaning, but please don't be messy ;)). I can be quiet if needed or wanted, but I do enjoy chatting in the evenings (unless there's a looming deadline!). I like watching films and television. I also like inviting friends from time to time.
