I'm renting a single bedroom in Leith area. I'm looking for a woman who is working like myself, easy-going, clean and tidy.
The flat is well located , it's near many grocery shops and restaurants/pubs and 15 min by bus from Princes street.
The deposit is £275 and the bills cost maximum £105 per person. I will need the deposit and one month rent.
