Based at the popular Brighouse Bay this 6 berth, spacious static caravan in excellent condition is situated on a sloping hillside over-looking the sea. It has one double bedroom with en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe and one twin room, also with en suite shower room. The caravan offers DG, GCH and gas fire, integrated fridge, freezer and gas hob and oven. There is a 3 seater bed settee as well as 2 separate chairs and a 4 seat table and chairs, tv stand, coffee table, plus numerous cupboards in both kitchen and lounge for added storage.
A patio door leads onto a large decked area with beautiful sea and woodland views and there is ample parking for cars or boat to the rear and side. There is a slip way nearby for launching a boat and a local yacht club in Kirkcudbright.
Brighouse Bay is one of Scotland's top environmental Parks set in a quiet, secluded peninsula, with magnificent views over the Irish Sea and is surrounded by 1200 acres of great walking country.
The area has everything you will need to have a fun filled, family holiday or to simply savour the acres of land in this wildlife haven: an entertainment complex, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, bistro and bar, golfing plus driving range, not to mention the bowling green and canoeing. Owners can choose either a 7 or 12m season (12m comes with free passes)
Nearby Kirkcudbright is an attractive and bustling fishing town, for a long time famed as the favourite resort of artists and craftspeople. The town has an estuarine harbour - the home of a fleet of scallop boats, a historic old High Street with art & craft outlets, colourfully painted traditional Scottish townhouses, and a selection of mainly family-owned shops.
We have spent many happy hours cycling, walking, bbq ing on the nearby beach, enjoying the local restaurants and bars and using the activities available.
Unlike many holiday parks, the caravans here are not placed in rows, but are dotted around the park for added privacy and comfort.
