I am a qualified Life Coach with also an MSc in Psychology, as well as having experience in applied theatre and counselling skills. I am a specialist in confidence coaching, where I can help you using a goal focused approach to achieve the results you want!

My sessions will involve goal setting, addressing obstacles in your way (such as beliefs that do not serve you well), guiding you out of your comfort zone, and creating an agreed action plan to achieve success!
What is life coaching?
It is a form of goal focused, applied positive psychology involving both discussing your issues and taking action to achieve the result you want! . Not just talking like typical counseling and psychotherapy, and takes a more collaborative, flexible approach to make these changes you would like.
The action occurs typically between sessions in the form of practical tasks, which may include for example people to approach/ contact and/or written reflective exercises to make these improvements! Under some circumstances basic improvised role plays may also be conducted during sessions to help you develop & improve your skills further.
