We are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Pub Manager for busy pub in Christchurch, Dorset. This busy gastro pub is beautifully traditional with an open fire, hand-pulled ales and British classics on the menu.
Our client is offering a great salary of £19,500 p/a.
Your role as an Assistant Pub Manager will include:
• Working alongside the Manager to ensure FoH operates smoothly
• Motivate and lead your team to deliver excellent service
• Effective running of the pub in the absence of the pub manager
• Stock management
• FoH financials
• Observing hygiene, health and safety guidelines
• Ensure adherence to all licensing regulations
The successful Assistant Pub Manager will have:
• Background working in a volume pub environment
• At least 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Pub Manager
• Dedication and passion for the job
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
