Excellent starter bench for anyone looking to do barbell workouts at home.

Compact size means it's perfect if you have limited space (especially if you remove the leg attachment). I've used it in my bedroom without difficulty.

Sturdy, simple construction. I've had up to 115kg on there (including myself) and it holds it with no issues. Also suitable for both standard and Olympic bars up to 6ft long (I use a 6ft Olympic bar).

Only one previous owner before myself, they are a good friend so I know it has been taken care of since new, the condition is excellent.
