This is a very comfortable sofa to sit on and the fold out double bed is very comfortable also. But is not new!
Its real leather and the metal bed mechanism is fine. It needs a bit of tlc maybe a bit of extra padding in the cushions (in which case its probably got another 20 years wear in it, its well made) but if you have people coming to stay or if you need something to put you on till you get a new one then its worth a tenner of anyones money.
Its heavy, it will take two people to shift it.
I can't deliver, it needs an estate car, large hatchback or van, I can't help either, Ive got a bad back.
