Multi-award winning home care provider Bluebird Care have full time vacancies for a Care Worker to join our fantastic team in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting Care Workers to work as part of a committed team helping to provide the highest standards of care to older & disabled people in their own homes enabling them to live and enjoy being surrounded by their own family, friends & belongings.
A Care Assistant can work a variety of hours to suit any type of lifestyle, although you must have your full drivers licence and your own vehicle to travel between our customers homes.

A Care Assistant will help our customers with:

Companionship & days out
Meal preparation & planning
Shopping & appointment visits
Personal Care Assistance (washing, toileting, medication, dressing & grooming)
Light housekeeping

A Care Assistant needs:

A caring, compassionate & empathic nature.
A desire to be the best.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be over 18 with your full drivers licence and your own vehicle to travel between our customer’s homes.

No previous experience is necessary as full Bluebird Care specialist training and support are given.

We have morning, afternoon, evening & weekend work in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Following a probationary period, we pay from £8.60 p/h weekdays to £9.50 p/h weekends & £15.50 p/h for Bank Holidays plus travel expenses between customers of 25p p/mile travelled. We also pay holiday pay in addition to the hourly rate.
