Description
jogscotland Penicuik are launching a new couch to 5k group starting on Monday 22nd August.
We meet at Ladywood Leisure Centre at 7pm. Sessions are £2 but your first session is free.
We also cater for all levels of ability and have trained jog leaders and a UK Athletics qualified running coach to help you reach your running goals, whatever they may be. Contact us for more info.
