Customer service manager
Description
We are recruiting for a customer service manager to work in our busy, Central London office.
The successful candidate will be articulate, confident and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, customer and communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Handling initial customer enquiries via telephone & e-mail
Updating existing customers
Handling and managing customer complaints and creating solutions
General office paperwork
We are a small but rapidly growing business and there is definite room for progression for the right candidate.
You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your personality and initiative are going to help you excel within this role.
