We have a nice room available from October 10th to November 20th (40 days) in the city centre. It is bright and cosy, it features a double loft bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk and chair.
The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, a well-equipped living room and kitchen, bathroom with tub+shower. It is in an excellent location for Lothian Road and all its amenities and shops, and the area is fully served by plenty of buses. It is 10 minutes away by foot from George Square campus, a couple of minutes from the Meadows and 15 minutes from Princes Street.
The apartment is shared with a PhD student and would suit a mature student. The rent is 350 per month plus bills. I am a PhD student leaving for a period of field-work abroad and I'm willing to rent my room to a student who needs it.
