Digital Marketing Manager

Growing online jewellery brand looking for a high-energy marketing manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
You will have exceptional attention to detail, common sense and organisational skills.
This is a new role, with plenty of room for growth and the main responsibilities are:
• Plan and execute all web, SEO, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Build on our social media presence and implement new strategies where needed
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal team to plan and execute any necessary actions on website, social media
• Oversee day to day administration in office and with remote staff, reporting into Director of company
• Manage marketing budgets
• Managing multiple campaigns across various CRM platforms
• To analyse date and provide objectives to increase sales across all platforms
Requirements:
• Degree in marketing or related field
• Proven work experience in similar role
• Retail experience preferable
• Fashion or Jewellery industry experience
• Experience leading and managing SEO, email and social media campaigns
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Solid knowledge of google analytics and Adwords campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Experience of managing small team. Will need to manage staff in the office and remotely
