We have a beautiful double room to rent in the sought after Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. Available from 1 October 2016.
The flat has wood flooring throughout, excellent central heating and a good powerful shower.
Stockbridge is a short walk away from the centre of town and has numerous great amenities - cafes, bars and restaurants. The room is big and bright, overlooking Raeburn Place. The lounge is really spacious with high bay windows. The kitchen has everything you need, plus a dartboard and sitting area. Great for having friends over. There's also a communal garden, perfect for summers evenings.
The rent is £400 per month, paid in advance. There is no deposit but you'll be expected to contribute to the gas and electricity bill - around £22 each a month. You'll be sharing with a laid back, well travelled gent who is a painter and decorator. And he's also the landlord:)
