Large ensuite double room to rent in West End amazing flat. Nice kitchen and huge living room. Five minutes walk from both Hillead Underground and Dumbarton road.
Ideal for someone in late twenties or early thirties. I am just asking for a reasonable tidy human being, male or female, professional, who pays regularly and is friendly. I am not the owner, but the landlords are an amazing couple, always on call for any problem at home and fixing anything shortly.
Not a party flat, the carpet is white so cannot cope with huge amounts of red wine in the hands of drunk people, but I like going out and have some beers as normal people do. I love outdoors and nature, always up for a stroll.
Room price is £475 and bills £150 (gas, electricity, wifi and council tax band D)
