Experience GM Required for busy, established Northern Quarter bar.
We are looking for a GM that really wants to put their stamp on the business and grow it to the next level. Must be passionate about what you do, passionate about getting results and training & motivating your team.
Cocktail experience is a must as is creativity and flair and a working knowledge of craft ales and speciality beers is preferable.
We are looking for someone with loads of personality that believes in great customer service and has the ability to train their team to a high standard.
Floor/food service experience is absolutely essential.
Must have working knowledge of GP & stock control, P&L and how to run a business. Must have had experience in Epos and back office stock control systems.
Accredited licensing qualification required.
