We are recruiting cocktail bartenders, waiting staff and chefs to join our young and dynamic team in Guernsey.
We are an 80 cover Sushi bar and Seafood/ Steak restaurant , plus cocktail bar overlooking the St Peter Port harbour. Opened in 2013, we have quickly become one of Guernsey's busiest restaurants, with a young, innovative and forward thinking team. Our service style is informal and relaxed, but does not lack attention to detail and an emphasis on product knowledge from our team.
Successful candidates will be eager to learn about quality service, our cuisine and wine, You will be motivated and energetic with a drive to deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times. Experience in hospitality is essential.
Our restaurant bar and separate cocktail bar serve a range of unique house creations as well as some of the best classics. We use the finest fresh ingredients and premium spirits (over 100 spirits) to mix our seasonal and constantly evolving cocktails.
From the kitchen, we serve the finest local seafood (bass, lobster, crab & scallops) alongside top quality dry aged beef from Scottish butchers and our partner farm in Devon. Our sushi bar uses local seafood and some top quality imports as well as the finest imported Japanese produce.
We are offering very competitive salaries and excellent gratuity shares, plus the opportunity to partake in external training courses such as the WSET Wine and Spirits qualification programmes. Accomodation can be provided as well as breakfast and dinner on working days.

Applicants for all positions should have at least 1 years experience in their desired role, an EU passport, clean criminal record and speak fluent English.
For chef applicants at least 1 years experience is key and level 2 food hygiene certificates are preferable.
