I have a room available in my flat from the 10th of July. Two rooms are already occupied, the room is spacious for a single room, fully furnished and has a double bed. The rent is £400 per month. This includes all bills (also council tax). A deposit of £100 would be required to secure the room. There is wireless internet in the flat and all mod cons, and central heating also. The flat is situated on a main road in a central area which is busy but the bedroom faces to the back so it is quiet. There are plenty of shops and bus links nearby. The flat has no living room but a spacious kitchen. Generally this room would suit someone who lives a peaceful life and is tolerant of Christianity and who is either a student or a professional.
