I have property from Birmingham city council at Irwin avenue rednal Birmingham b45 8qu. Its two bed room, long living room, kitchen, toilet, and garden in front of the house and big garden on the back of the house. The school is opposite the house and it also has a nursery. It’s a very good peaceful area with enough space to park a car infront of the house on the road, I want to move because I want to be nearer to my family. I have been in rednal for more than 9 years at my house and I have had no problems at all. My Neighbours are very nice friendly people who are very welcoming and polite. It’s a beautiful area. I want to swap to council house only.
With 3 bedroom house and most have a big garden.
