St Georgio Hotel is currently seeking a professional candidate to join our Reception Department as a Full Time Hotel Receptionist.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an excellent communicator with minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist. You will have an excellent level of English, will have the ability to think on your feet, juggle your priorities and have excellent customer service skills.
Duties will include meeting and greeting customers, distributing enquiries; calls and messages to colleagues, obtaining customer details to enter onto the database and ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional at all times. Your key accountabilities in this role will be to deliver a high level of customer service, assist in the delivery of the business strategy and objectives, and to contribute positively to the team you work within.
Shifts will be a mixture of: Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts and will include weekends on a Rota, 40 Hours per week.
General Reception duties:
• Answer calls politely, quickly and efficiently.
• First point of contact. Meet and greet the business clients.
• Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
• Assist in the daily running of reception and reservation to ensure that St Georgio Hotel standards are maintained.
• Understand the necessity for confidentiality.
• Understand the role of team work in providing a quality service.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Commitment to on-going development.
• Handle reservation/bookings.
• Create new reservation/bookings.
• Amend check inn/out dates.
• Dealing with all the incoming emails.
Salary
Weekly £7.20 per hour
