Hello,
I'm leaving my huge double room with fitted wardrobes in our lovely top-floor Camden flat. The flat is on St Augustine's Road, a wide tree-lined street, just off Camden Square and one of the most desirable places to live in North-West London.
The flat has a large, open plan living room with all mod-cons and also a great mezzanine level where you can chill on our big cushions or look over the London skyline through the skylight.
Lovely bathroom with a bath and shower and the place is full of character.
7 mins walk to Camden Road station (Overground) and 10 mins walk to Camden Town tube (Northern Line). Loads of buses nearby as well. Only 10 mins walk into all the wonders of Camden Town itself but far enough out to be completely peaceful. There is a local shop at one end of the road and a 24 hour garage at the other. It really is an incredible location.
Your flat mates would be Iain & Roxy - a professional, extremely friendly and lovely couple who aren't party animals and are very easy to get along and live with. We socialise frequently but the flat is also big enough to find your own space when you want it.
Super-fast broadband (200mb) and a cleaner every couple of weeks. The bills (including the above) are approx GBP 100-120 per month. 6 weeks deposit and referencing required.
