Hello
We're a small team of geeks working off Tower Bridge road. We're looking for a part time office manager / bookkeeper person to help us keep organised.
The hours are quite flexible but we thought 10am - 2pm for three days a week would be about right.
Duties include:
• Creating and chasing invoices
• Minor bookkeeping
• Answering billing queries
• Scheduling resources (us)
• Answering phones
• General office management
• Client engagement / contract management
• Social networking
• Tech time sheet chasing and management
The successful person will:
• Have perfect written and spoken English
• Be extremely well organised
• A self starter, able to take initiantive and work alone
• A patient and friendly manner
Benefits:

The interview process will be as follows:
• Successful applicants will first be invited for a Skype interview
• Following the Skype interview successful candidates will be invited to our office for an interview in person.
Remuneration
£10 - £15 per hour based on experience.
