Movie press-packs are information packs created by movie companies to send to media outlets to allow them to promote new movies.

These days, most packs are supplied via digital downloads from websites but not so long ago they where physical packs posted out to companies all over the world. Some are simply a brochure or booklet but many can be very elaborate and include info sheets, photos, transparencies (slides) and plush booklets. Many contain rare images unavailable elsewhere and so have become very collectable and some are very rare indeed. Please see attached images for examples of what they look like.

These are a must for every serious movie enthusiast!
