The rent is £50.00 + VAT per month payable by direct debit at the beginning of each month.
A £100.00, fully refundable, deposit is required.
Minimum rental period is 3 months and from then on 1 months’ notice is required to vacate.
The dimensions are approximately 8ft x 16ft.There is no water or electricity inside the garage.
There is 24 hour per day 7 day a week access.
You will need to provide copies of your I.D. and proof of address.
