Administrator and office assistant
Description
DecaDent are looking for an experienced administrator who is looking for a new challenge working in a busy growing friendly sales/service office
Day to day duties will include:
Answering telephone calls from customers and suppliers
Taking orders and enquiries
Processing orders for despatch
Filing
Banking
Send monthly statements to clients
Inputting data into our customer management system
Travel arrangements for service engineers and MD
Phone queries from service technicians
Ad hoc admin projects/tasks

• Quick learner for our products
• Experience with Sage Accounts System preferred
• Friendly but professional communication style
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team Player

• Own car and full driving licence
Key Facts
• Location: Wick, Bristol
• Job type: Full time, permanent, able to work school holidays
with immediate start
• Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
• Holidays: 25 days a year
• Salary: £15,000 - £18,000 a year dependant on experience
