Glide gear DEV 235 tripod track
Barely used it, lost one or two of the rubber balls (it had eight originally, though you only need four, the others are there to top the threads). Glides perfect, no wear or damage to the track.
Standard tripod head threading.
£80 on amazon at the minute, £35 given its lost the two rubbers.
