Flat or small house wanted

Hi
I am a single 44 year old male looking to relocate to the island from the mainland.
Location is not too important as long as it's on the island. 1or 2 bedrooms will be perfect.
I am an IT Engineer by trade but I'm now on benefits ( so must accept housing Bennefit).
I am a sensible mature 44 year old male who is very good at DIY. ( this might be of interest to the right landlord/Lady)
I have 2 dogs (toy yorkies) that are well behaved and house trained ( they are not puppy's!) if you have a property and you would like a respectable and polite tenant to occupy it then please send me as much info and photos if possible.
References from my current landlord of 4 years is available if requested.
I'm looking forward to settling on the island so I hope to hear from some one soon
