Family looking for 3 bed room house
Description
Couple and two children looking for a 3 bedroom house costing between £1000 - £1300pcm in the horsham / southwater area in august.
We would like a garden which we'd be happen to maintain; an on suite where possible; garage or driveway; and reasonable sized kitchen.
Ideally we'd like to privately rent without the use of an agency.
We also have a dog and two cats which we like to keep with our move. Dog is a social; friendly; well trained with a certificate, and is a medium-large size pedigree.
If pets are a concern we'd happy raise our deposit.
I'm am in full time employment, my girlfriend friend is a full time carer to her son who is on the spectrum. She is in some receipt of some benefits for his care.
