4/5 Bedroom Flat/House Wanted to Rent - Many areas considered
Description
Looking for a 4-5 bedroom property (detached house preferred) in Edinburgh whereby I would be granted an option to purchase the property in 2-5 years.
(Could also consider smaller properties which have scope for attic conversion).
I currently own my own property and 3 additional investment properties in Edinburgh however looking for a more suitable family home to rent initially then to purchase in a few years (can agree in advance but would be in a position to buy from 2 years).
Ideally looking at Craigentinny/Duddingston but would also consider Tollcross/Dalry and many other areas (NOT Sighthill, Wester Hailes, Niddrie, Craigmillar or any of these types of areas).
This may suit someone who isn't in a position to sell at the moment (negative equity etc) but has moved elsewhere and wants to sell when possible.
Open to offers. Not in a rush at the moment but can move at any time.
