I am currently 35 weeks pregnant looking to private rent a 1 bedroom flat in Loughton or as close to Loughton as possible. I need this urgently in order to move in and be prepared for my daughters arrival, I will be claiming housing benefit so landlord will need to accept this, council will help me with first months rent and a bond damage depsoit scheme! Please some one help
