Long Term Rural Let Required in North Wales

Hi my Hubby and I are looking for a long term rental in North Wales.
Hubby is employed full time by the Met Office and has been for 30 years !!
Wifey runs her own successful business within the Male Barbering Industry.
We are looking for a Rural location , minimum of 2 beds, open fire, 2 reception rooms or open plan, does not have to be modern as we are great with a brush and a tin of paint !!
Large garden as we have Rescue Boys ( small dogs) who are very well behaved . We fully appreciate that many landlords do not accept pets and to this end we wish to reassure any potential landlord that we are responsible pet owners and that as Hubby works from home our boys are Not left alone in the property. We are more than happy to include a clause within an agreement that we will have your property professionally cleaned at the end of the tenancy.We have our own furniture and lawn mower !!!! Nice kitchen would be Great as Wifey loves to cook! We are looking to start our tenancy before the end of this year :-) Please message me with any properties !! Many thanks Niall and Sue
