Colourful single bedroom with 3/4 size bed available in first floor flat. The flat is quiet, clean and spacious and has wifi. Located in East Edinburgh, it's a 20 minutes journey to the city centre on bus nos. 4, 5, 15, 26 and 44. Bus 26 and 44 run 24 hours and there's also free on-street parking.

- Holyrood Park is 10 minutes
- Royal Mile is 35 minutes
- Portobello Beach is 20 minutes
I'm a friendly host/owner with great city knowledge, and often have people to stay during the summer months and Edinburgh Festival time. I'm a professional cook.
