We are looking for a new housemate to move in from 15th June. We have a double bedroom available on the first floor. Rent is £170 ( deposit £170). We share the bills between each other: £10/mont for electricity, £6.25/month for internet and £10/15 per month for gas (depending on time of the year). We are 2 young professionals and 1 mature student.
We are looking for a Phd student or a young professional to share the house.
