The house is modern, double glazed and very well looked after, what will be expected from our new house-mate. It is relatively big and consists of 3 floors.
The ground floor consists of a separate living room and big kitchen which has a separate toilet. From kitchen there is a door to the utility room which leads to the garden.
The available room is on the first floor. It is of a decent size single room with the bed, bedside drawers and a clothes rack.
The bathroom is clean and modern which is shared between 3 people only.
We all are professionals and pretty busy with our own lives so the house is considered to be more quiet on a normal day.
It is situated in the quite green residential area and located just 6 minutes walk from Colliers Wood station. From there you have excellent links to London Bridge, Waterloo or Oxford Street. Wimbledon is just a short ride on the bus (about 10 minutes) where you can find a variety of shops restaurants and pubs. There is a huge shopping area just 5 minutes walk in opposite direction with huge Sainsburys.
