A nursery group that we are working with are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager to work in their Teddington nursery. Requirements:
NNEB or Level 3 in Childcare or Degree in Early Years
Management experience in a private day nursery managing all aspects of a nursery
Full budget responsibility
A strong passion for children and childcare
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team
Lead the team in the planning and development of inspiring and creative environment
Lead the team in ensuring Safeguarding Children policies and procedures are followed at all times ?
Ensure that there is an effective key person system in place
Ensure the EYFS framework is delivered and met at all times
Ensure children are provided with an environment where they value and respect different cultures, religion, language and disability and show a commitment to British Values within the setting
Maintain accurate and up to date records for all children including planning and learning journeys ?
Lead on Ofsted and all other inspections both internal and external
