Tutor and companion wanted for 12 year old with Aspergers in Oxford

We live in Headington in a quiet road near the centre of Oxford and are looking for a tutor/ aupair/ companion for a 12 year old boy with high functioning autism. He is very bright but learns in creative, unconventional ways and he needs someone who can inspire and teach a range of subjects up to GCSE level.
You need to be aware of the challenges that someone on the autistic spectrum faces and able to model and unwrap social behaviour in a clear and un judgemental way.
You need to be fun loving- to love dogs, the outdoors, to enjoy trampolining and playing outside. You also need to be mature and self contained and willing to offer some support in the home. A clean driving licence and CRB check is also essential.
You would work part time after 3.00pm and some weekends and it may suit you to have use of a self contained flat next door to the house. This post would be ideal for someone who is a part time or post graduate student.
