Accounts Clerk /Financial Controller Required
Description
There are 3 companies which require the following:
• Daily upkeep of all bank accounts Euro & Sterling to ensure all payments are covered before deadline
• Purchase ledger
• Sales ledger
• Processing of loans, hire purchase agreements inter bank transfers
• Bank reconciliation
• Euro and sterling accounts on sage and computer generated accounts and invoices
• Accounts preparation to trial balance stage & working with accountants
• Monthly and quarterly vat returns with Experience of export VAT procedures
• EC sales list returns
• Intrastate returns
• Assistance with Health & safety
• Assistance with insurance policies
• Weekly payroll
• PAYE Year End
• General admin to include switchboard, post, emails, invoices etc
• Knowledge of completing DVLA and Government Forms also an advantage
• Advertising on various websites & Website Uploading knowledge distinct advantage
• Good telephone manner essential as required to take bookings on occasion for 1 of the companies
3 days per week minimum with view to full time for right candidate
The successful candidate will provide weekly reports on duties
