An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings individual to join our busy office.
This is primarily a customer facing and administrative role within an established team, Letting and Managing our student properties whilst encompassing the festival side of our business cycle.
Ideally you will have a good understanding of the lettings industry as well as ambition, drive and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
The Job:
As part of the front of house office, which is also reception to the rest of the office, it is essential to provide a welcoming first impression of Complete Solutions (Scotland) Ltd/ Nestival to all visitors and telephone callers.
Property management and associated letting administration forms the main part of this day to day role.
Working hours Monday to Friday 9-5pm based at our offices in Marchmont however hours will be suited to the needs of the business namely during summer and flexibility is required

A clean driving licence is required
Duties will include:
• All aspects of managing the letting portfolio from marketing property, to viewings, and paperwork.
• Dealing with day to day property maintenance issues reported by tenants and communicating with Contractors and Landlords as necessary.
• Liaising with Clients on all property related issues.
• Creating and maintaining good relationships with contractors.
• Carrying out property visits.
• Creating and preparing Letting documentation.
• Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.
• Team Reception duties include greeting visitors, phone calls and incoming and outgoing mail
• Assisting and working as part of the Nestival Team during the Summer
• Co-ordinating with the HMO team
• Keeping the Directors informed
Skills and experience required:
• Lettings experience
• A confident communicator
• A professional manner
• Confident IT skills with competency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Efficient record keeper
• Work efficiently in a fast moving environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Genuine multi-tasker
• Highly motivated and positive with a “can do” attitude
• Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
