We are now looking for a part-time HR Assistant (maternity cover) to join the Education HR team. The holder of this position will need to develop an overview of the business to support the changing needs and to proactively support the HR team on the application of policy, employment legislation and dealing with a wide range of generalist people issues covering the full employee life cycle including change.
You should possess excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, be able to work on your own initiative and be a good team player. You will possess sound IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a good working knowledge of HR systems. An understanding of HR best practice is required.
