9 year old cat - free to good home

I have a 9year old cat who needs to be rehomed to a kind loving home, he's always been an indoor cat, he is neutered and obviously comes with all a cat can need, he keeps scratching and swiping my young daughter and with having another baby on the way I can't take the chance of him harming or hurting my kids....his name is Freddie and he's just turned 9 this month, he must go to a home where there isn't any other animals (preferably) and definetely where there is no kids.....I have the choice to rehome him with the cat and dog home but that would be my last resort,

Home checks will be done and I would like if he is rehomed then his new owner to keep me posted at the start on how he's settling, any questions just ask!
