Assistant Manager - Licensed Starbucks at Gatwick Airport
We are recruiting for a talented Assistant Manager to lead the team leader and team members at our franchised licensed Starbucks at Gatwick Airport. This is a great store, a very high profile site within our business and we are looking for a fantastic Assistant Manager. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager and someone that loves creating, serving outstanding coffee, as well as inspiring their team to offer fantastic customer service at all times.
The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be ensuring that the team delivers the best in customer service, whilst making sure that the store is welcoming at all times. You'll be making sure that the Store reaches its financial and quality targets, as well as coaching your team to success.
The Details
Our Store is open from 24 hours per day and your shifts would vary each week between these hours.
Please note all successful candidates are required to provide a full 5-year reference history and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security regulations
