We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic and innovative company to deliver exceptional quality of customer service
You are a person who loves to talk and help people and can deal with difficult and stressed customers swiftly.
This is a very busy role and requires a high functioning individual.
Main Responsibilities:
-Venue Bookings
-Handling Customer Complaints
-Dealing with Customer Service Calls
-Certificate Dispatching
-Liaising with off-shore team members
Requirements
-Proven work experience of at least 2 years in a customer service role.
-Proficiency in English
-Working knowledge of customer service softwares
-Ability to think strategically and to lead
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task
-Bachelors Degree
Timings: 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri
Salary: 18k - 20k
