Reluctantly offered for sale I have my 72? Master Series, Snap-On toolbox.
I will soon be moving into a new workshop with work where the toolboxes are provided and built in and so my toolbox is no longer required.
This was intended to be the last toolbox I was ever going to have to buy so I invested heavily.
In this configuration the toolbox retails at nearly ?13,500. It was delivered, after an agonisingly long wait, built to specification in America.
The Master Series toolboxes are built to last, the material used in its construction is thicker than the normal Snap-On toolboxes you will come across, the drawer runners are of greater quality and will carry a greater load. The box is big; it?s tall, it?s wide and the drawers are deep. Think taking a step back as you open the drawers. You will have no trouble with capacity.
Genuinely, you?ll never want for another box and I?ll be sad to see it go.
The box is not only big but heavy, at around 500kg empty you will have to consider carefully how you move it.
I have moved it once using a High top, LWB Transit. To load it the drawers were removed and it was wheeled, carefully up a ramp.
I can help load it, may even be able to deliver depending on negotiation.
Pictures do it no justice, the blue trims look amazing against the black powder coat.
With the lighting and powerpoint fitted in the top hutch there?s no trouble seeing what you?re doing, charging your tools or as I used it with a laptop for diagnostic and programming there are ethernet ports fitted also to allow direct connection to vehicles while still allowing the hutch to be locked closed and keeping the contents secure.
Currently 2 different keys are required, one to open the hutch and a second to open the roll cab. I do have another barrel that will fit the hutch, this will allow the hutch and roll can to be keyed alike so one key will open both locks.
Of course, I have 2 of each key.
