Delightful Country Pub/Restaurant at the foot of the National Trust area of Box hill, nr. Dorking, which attracts visitors worldwide, catering for all ages, sports, social and business clientele. Offering a fresh food menu taking into consideration dietary, traditional and trending tastes. We are looking for people who have a strong understanding of Customer care, service orientated and a desire to deliver a great dining/drinking experience consistently.
We envisage our applicant will have at least 1-2 years experience in a fairly busy restaurant bar environment, able to work well under pressure, as part of a team or own initiative
have a cheerful and helpful disposition with a willingness to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and correct manner
knowledge of fresh food, Ales, Cellar, Wine and Cocktails an advantage
have a good understanding of EHO legal requirements, health and Safety, fire and COSSH
progression is available for the right candidate
can be part time or full time, available weekends, evenings as well as lunch
