Experienced Bar Staff wanted - Mumbles
Description
We are looking for bar staff for a pub in Mumbles.
It is desirable that applicants have previous experience of working in a bar.
Although predominantly weekend shifts (afternoons or evenings) there will be a requirement to work one weekday evening.
Applicants must be therefore be flexible and adaptable.
Staff are expected to have a friendly and efficient approach to customer service and to work well as part of a team. They should be honest, reliable and punctual and be able to follow company procedures in order to provide high standards of service.
Staff are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at the bar and other customer areas, as well as ensuring customer safety by being aware of breakages and spillages and dealing with them efficiently and effectively.
As staff are the face of the pub, it is important that you help to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in order that customers have an enjoyable experience and will return to the pub.
Rate of pay = £7.50/hour.
