Description
Reluctant sale of our much loved camper, Bertha. It is a 1987 T25 with a 1.9 petrol watercooled engine and 152,000 miles on the clock. There are 2 months mot left. Last year it had a full service including oil and filters change and has done around 500 miles since. It also had a complete new exhaust and brake system, have the receipts for parts from Just Kampers and for labour at our local garage. There is a lot of service history and mot's from previous owners. We have owned it for 2 years and it is getting a bit small for 3 growing kids and 2 adults. There is a 3 way fridge freezer, sink, 2 gas hobs and grill, with lots of cupboards for storage and sockets and lighting that work when hooked up to 240v. The 240v hook up and gas was professionally tested when we bought it. There are 2 seats in the front, 1 swivel seat behind the passenger in the side door with a lap belt, and a 3/4 rock n roll seat with 3 lap belts. This comfortably sleeps 2 adults when laid flat, and our 2 girls aged 9 and 6 sleep in the bunk above. There are a few usual bits of rust that could do with touching up if you want, but nothing more than you'd expect from a van this age. There are 4 good tyres and a tow hitch.
The van won't be used much this year so would rather see it go to someone who can give it the time it deserves. Questions and viewings very welcome. please no time wasters. Van is advertised elsewhere so auction may be ended at anytime.
