Mobile Phone Repair Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a full time mobile phone repair technician to work in our new office/shop in Thrapston from 1st November We are looking for an experienced technician to join our growing company. As a repair technician your main responsibility will be to repair and test mobile phones for resale and for customer repairs.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing and fault finding
• Repair and device reset according to manufacturer specifications
• Quality Assurance testing prior to handset sign off
• Flash or software updates
• Data transfer
• Replace damaged screens/parts.
• Laptop and desktop repairing - Hardware and software
• Recording and managing repair job
• Communication with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
• Good experience of repairing smart phones for all major brands
• 2 year experience in mobile phone and tablet repairing.
• PC repair, Hardware and software experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000 per annum

Required experience:
• Mobile phone engineer: 2 years
Driving Licence.
