This receptionist/hosts role suits a very organised and multi-tasker who is telephone enquiries, sales, party reservations, cash handling, and our computerised entry system. We are looking for someone who is friendly and energetic yet calm and in control. Experience in a customer service and/or sales environment is essential.
They will 'go the extra mile' and demonstrate forethought and attention to detail, as well as drive and dedication. They will be practical, organised, and professional, care about our visitors and team and understand their contribution to the customer experience.

Must be able to work school holidays and weekends.
