Looking for a caring live out nanny in Bayswater for a lovely 11 month old girl

Dear Nanny,
We are looking for an experienced full time live out nanny for our 11 month old baby girl. We are a kind and caring family living in the Bayswater area. The role would start in early September
We would need someone can be flexible, who is comfortable with babies and toddlers, very organised, reliable and capable of taking initiative. More specifically, ideal candidates will:
A) Have at least 2 years of experience with toddlers
B) be willing and able to travel with the family
c) Speak good English
d) Be a non smoker
e) Have appropriate working permit
f) have a CRB police check (or be prepared to get one)
g) Have up to date First Aid training
h) Have 2 good references available to be contacted on the telephone.
Your Duties include:
Preparing fresh, healthy meals
Planning and delivering appropriate interesting activities
All nursery duties (keeping play areas tidy, babies laundry)
light housework (we have a cleaning lady for heavy cleaning)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7.30am - 6.30pm. (Hours will vary slightly).
Pay: 10 pounds net per hour
