We are Noemi and Marcos, a Spanish couple living in Edinburgh for more than 5 years. We are looking for another couple to share a room in our huge flat close to London Road for the 1st of September or even before then if possible.
If you are the ideal flatmates, you would enjoy a big room with a double bed, a wardrobe and it´s own closet room for £581.62 with everything included (bills, CT, internet,…). The deposit is £500 that goes through Safe Deposits Scotland.
The flat has a big livingroom and kitchen. It is close to several different bus stops and 15 minutes walk from the train station and city center.
We are looking for a mature professional couple who are quiet and respectful. We are very clean and tidy so we don´t want to be housekeepers of anyone ;)) Also as we like our own privacy we respect your own space and your stuff. We are not party animals but we like to invite friends at home from time to time and always respecting resting and working hours.
